HABeR-XLWR low switchgear up to 6300A




HaBeR-XLWR - a switchgear system with a full TTA-type testing designed to supply power to industrial buildings, office, usable and public utility buildings, such as schools, hospitals, etc.

The HaBeR-XLWR system has been tested and certified in the Electrotechnical Institute in Warsaw against the requirements of the following standards:

  • PN-EN-60439-1:2003+A1:2006
  • PN-EN-61439-1/2:2011
  • PN-EN-60526:2003
  • PN-EN-50102:2001

The HaBeR-XLWR is designed for freestanding, wall-mounted or back-to-back installation, with support for single-sided Single Front and double-sided Double Front

 

 1. Ingoing or outgoing feeder bay of P type

  • ingoing, outgoing or sectional feeder bay up to 6300A
  • fixed or movable switches, 3- or 4-pole junction
  • operating voltage up to 690V AC
  • bay widths: 400/425/600/800/1000/1200 mm
  • connection from the top or bottom (for cables, busbars or traditional rail bridges)

4. Incoming feeder bays with circuit breakers/disconnectors MCCB

    for mounting vertical slat fuse switch disconnectors of class NSL 1-4a do 1600A
    - horizontal slat fuse disconnectors of class NSL 00 to 160A
  • configuration of the respective blocks of instruments adapted to capacity:

  • cable connection from the top or bottom for vertical disconnectors

5. Incoming feeder bays with retractable cartridges type W and MCC

  • outgoing feeder bays with one or two compartments adjusted
    for mounting disconnectors or switches
  • all cartridges can be equipped with intelligent systems based on a system
    of electronic security and control of SIMOCODE class and can be optionally
    equipped with continuous temperature monitoring input contacts,
    output contacts and the inside of the cartridge.
  • power for the cartridge type MCC: linear reception from 63A to 630A;
    motor drive from 15kW to 200kW
  • power for the cartridge type W: linear reception from 25A to 630A;
    motor drive from 11kW to 250kW
  • bay width: 600+400 (200 for back cable outputs) or 600+600 mm
  • cable connection: ODK - bottom cable output,
    OGK - upper cable output (for cartridges of type MCC)
  • cable connections to the lateral or back cable compartment
    (for cartridges of type W)

 

6. Incoming feeder bays in a plug-in or fixed version of MCR type

    of lines in the male version

7. Incoming feeder bays for individual configuration of G1 and G2 type

    of these bays; reactive power up to 300kvar per one bridge in one cabinet
  • serial objects in a switchgear - bays with a width of 600/800 mm and multiples
    of these bays; at the power supply of each bay of the battery - fuse switch NT3
    or compact circuit of NT3 class; reactive power up to 250kvar per one bridge
    in one cabinet
  • compensating blocks built as panels

 

9. Corner bays

  • unicompartimental bays are designed to connect bays of switchgears
    in rooms with small dimensions and set these bays perpendicularly
  • switchgears can be set in the shape of “L” or “U”
  • bays with a width of: 650/850/1050 mm depth of 650/850/1050 mm
  • the main bridge carried in the bottom part of the cabinet (MGD),
    in the upper part (MGG) or at both levels
